Return & Refund Policy for Somewhere Clutch

Returns & Exchanges
You can return any items purchased in the last 14 days. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns & exchanges are subject to charge for shipping. Please contact our support team for instructions.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, undamaged condition, with tags, all original contents, and in its original packaging.
Once your return or exchange is received we will inspect the product(s) to make sure it meets the criteria (unworn and undamaged).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. This will take place after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please remember, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate your request, as the order will have entered the processing phase. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied after the 14-day trial period and within the money-back guarantee, you may return the items. Note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, contact our support team through our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@somewhereclutch.com. Please provide your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used to place the order for expedited processing.
Damaged Items
We take care in packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Items are considered damaged if defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging without affecting the product is not considered damage.
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@somewhereclutch.com, including clear photos of the damage. Eligibility for a replacement at no cost will be determined.
We do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control. For delivery issues, contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not notified within 24 hours, you won't be entitled to a resend or refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and using Somewhere Clutch products, customers indicate their acceptance of this policy.
